Product Overview
The MC74VHC1G04DFT1G is an advanced high speed CMOS single inverter in 5 pin SOT-353 package. It is fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. The internal circuit is composed of multiple stages including buffer output which provides high noise immunity and stable output. The MC74VHC1G04 input structure provides protection when voltages up to 7V are applied regardless of the supply voltage. This allows the device to be used to interface 5V circuits to 3V circuits.

- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
- High speed, tPD = 3.5ns at VCC = 5V
