Product Overview
The MBR10100G is a Switch-mode Schottky Power Rectifier with epoxy moulded case and all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. The power rectifier features guard-ring for stress protection, low stored charge majority carrier conduction and high surge capacity. This Schottky rectifier uses the Schottky barrier principle with a platinum barrier metal.
