The CNY17F4M is a 6-pin Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode coupled with an NPN phototransistor. It feature very low coupled capacitance along with no chip-to-pin 6 base connection for minimum noise susceptibility. It is suitable for digital logic inputs, microprocessor inputs and industrial controls.
