Product Overview
EE-SY1200 is a photo microsensor (reflective).
- Ultra-compact model, PCB surface mounting type
- High S/N ratio (High light current / Low leakage current)
- Recommended sensing distance range from 1.0 to 4.0mm
- Forward voltage is 1.2V typ (IF = 20mA, Ta=25°C, emitter)
- Reverse current is 10μA max (VR = 4V, Ta=25°C, emitter)
- Dark current is 2nA typ (VCE = 10V, 0 lx, Ta=25°C, detector)
- Collector-Emitter voltage is 30V (detector, Ta=25°C), collector current is 20mA (Ta=25°C)
- Rising time and falling time is 30μs typ (VCC = 2V, RL = 1kohm, IL = 100μA, d = 1mm, Ta=25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -25 to +85°C
Warnings
Reflow no more than twice. Adjust the amount of applied solder quantity to the product sidewall of the terminal. When designing the PCB, avoid placing traces or other connections under the sensor.
