Product Overview
The CP4A-114C-108E is a Cold Plate Four-pass Heat Sink with aluminum 6063-T5 plate and 0.375-inch OD nominal wall thickness of 0.05-inch copper tubing. This PCB heat sink design flexibility chill plate lengths can be configured as well as mounting hole patterns to accept a multitude of devices. It features thermal efficient design, exposed copper tubing on the mounting surface for the most efficient heat transfer. The CP series also provides maximum heat removal for SCRs, rectifiers, diodes, thyristors and other high-power semiconductor devices. The CP series is customizable to fit multiple applications.
