Product Overview
BAT754C,215 is a planar dual schottky barrier diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a small SOT23 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. This product has been qualified in accordance with the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q101 - Stress test qualification for discrete semiconductors, and is suitable for use in automotive applications. Also suitable for ultra high-speed switching, line termination, voltage clamping and reverse polarity protection applications.
- 600mV typ forward voltage at IF = 100mA; pulsed; tp ≤ 300µs; δ ≤ 0.02; Tamb = 25°C
- 2µA max reverse current at VR = 25V; pulsed; tp ≤ 300µs; δ ≤ 0.02; Tamb = 25°C
- 30V max reverse voltage (per diode)
