Product Overview
74AHC04D,118 is a hex inverter. It is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device and it is pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). It is specified in compliance with JEDEC standard No. 7-A. It features ESD protection (HBM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 class 2 exceeds 2000V, CDM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002 class C3 exceeds 1000V).
