The Infineon EVALKIT-TLE9189QUW is a complete evaluation platform for the MOTIX™ TLE9189QUW BLDC motor gate driver IC, purpose-built for 12 V automotive motor control applications such as electric power steering, braking, HVAC, cooling fans, and pumps.
The kit integrates a 32-bit TriCore™ AURIX™ TC364DP MCU, an OPTIREG™ TLF35585QV PMIC, and an OptiMOS™ 6 40 V MOSFET B6-bridge, delivering robust 3-phase inverter performance in a compact 12.5 × 8.5 cm form factor. It includes a USB port, DAP debug interface, and wire-to-board motor phase connectors, allowing for rapid setup and testing without extra tools.
The MOTIX™ Gate Driver IC Configuration Wizard streamlines parameter tuning, while the adaptive MOSFET control in the TLE9189QUW improves EMC performance, optimizes switching times, and reduces power losses. Supporting ISO 26262 ASIL D functional safety compliance, the kit ensures reliability for mission-critical automotive systems.
