Product Overview
MPRRP-G-105 is a 34m solderable enameled copper wire of 0.15mm diameter, 38SWG with green color coated in self-fluxing polyurethane jacket (conforming to BS4520 grade 2), 1500V rated voltage.
- CPR: Not Yet Qualified
- Solderable enameled copper wire
- Coated in self fluxing polyurethane
- Coating conforms to BS4520 Grade 2 (Incorporated within BS6811 Section 1, Pt. 3)
- Suitable for prototype wiring, PCB track repair, shorting links and coil forming
- Requires a temperature of 400℃ + to remove enamel
- Soldering temperature: 400°C to 480°C

Warnings
During soldering the polyurethane coating can produce small amounts of (T.D.I.) toluene di-isocyanate. Fume extraction may be required to ensure safety levels are not exceeded, i.e. (0.02ppm).
