- Synchronous monolithic step-down switcher in 8 pin TSOT-23 package
- 100% duty cycle in dropout
- 90mohm and 60mohm internal power MOSFET switches
- EN and power good for power sequencing
- Constant on-time control provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization
- Fault protections include cycle by cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown
- Auto discharge at power-off
- Short circuit protection with hiccup mode
- Stable with low ESR output ceramic capacitors
