Product Overview
MCP6C02T-020E/CHY is a zero-drift, 65V high-side current sense amplifier. The differential-mode input range (VDM = VIP – VIM) supports unidirectional and bidirectional applications. The zero-drift architecture supports very low input errors, which allows a design to use shunt resistors of lower value (and lower power dissipation). Typical applications include motor control, analog level shifter, industrial computing, and battery monitor/tester.
- Power supply voltage range from 2.0V to 5.5V
- Differential gain of 20V/V
- Input offset voltage is ±1.9μV typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = 2.0V to 5.5V)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 159db typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = 2.0V to 5.5V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 134dB typ (VDD = 2.0V to 5.5V, TA = +25°C)
- HV POR for VIP – VSS, LV POR for VDD – VSS
- Bandwidth is 500KHz typ (GDMVDM = 0.1Vp-p, TA = +25°C, VDD = 2.0V to 5.5V)
- Gain peaking is 0dB typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = 2.0V to 5.5V)
- Differential gain error is ±0.1% typ (VDD = 5.5V, VREF = 4.25V, GDMVDM = -3 to 1.3V, TA = +25°C)
