Product Overview
The 1.5KE33CA is an axial leaded bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode with lead-free matte tin-plated terminal and a molded plastic body. The 1.5KE series transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode is specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The TVS device is ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom.
