5890 is a tool holder tension straps. It is designed to secure Klein's bull pin holder (Cat. No. 5817) and spud wrench holder (Cat. No. 5860) to a toolbelt, not included. The heat-resistant aramid fiber straps add resistance to the tool holder to help reduce sliding on most nylon, leather and canvas belts.
