Product Overview
KAA-3528RGBS-11 is a 3.5 x 2.8mm surface mount RGB LED lamp. It is recommended to use a wrist band or anti-electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs.
- Hyper red source color device is made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate light emitting diode
- Green source color device is made with InGaN on sapphire light emitting diode
- Blue source color device is made with InGaN on sapphire light emitting diode
- Electrostatic discharge and power surge could damage the LED
- Suitable for all SMD assembly and solder process
- Water clear lens, 120° viewing angle, -40°C to +85°C operating temperature
- Typical luminous intensity is 220mcd (hyper red)/500mcd (green), 100mcd (blue) at 20mA
- Typical peak wavelength is 630nm (hyper red)/515nm (green), 460nm (blue) at IF=20mA
- Typical dominant wavelength is 621nm (hyper red)/525nm (green), 465nm (blue) at IF=20mA
- Typical forward voltage is 2V (hyper red)/3.3V (green), 3.3V (blue) at IF=20mA
