N2819A-REFURB

The N2819A-REFURB from Keysight Technologies is a 800MHz, 10:1 differential probe with AutoProbe interface. It provides the superior general purpose differential signal measurements required for today’s high speed power measurements, vehicle bus measurements and digital system designs. The differential probes offer a 10:1 attenuation setting allowing them to be used for a broad range of applications. The differential probes have an input resistance of and 200Kohm and low input capacitance of 1pF to minimize circuit loading. The N2819A is compatible with Keysight Technologies AutoProbe interface where the probe power is supplied by oscilloscope’s probe interface. This probe can be used with Keysight InfiniiVision 3000 X-, 4000 X- and 6000 X-series and Infiniium 9000A/H, S-series, 90000A, 90000X/Q /Z with N5442A.

Warnings

Always wear an ESD wrist strap when working with active probes. Not doing so can result in the probe becoming permanently damaged.

Notes

This probe is to carry out differential measurements between two points on the circuit under test. This probe is not for electrically insulating the circuit under test and the measuring instrument.
