Product Overview
66332A is a single-output DC power source. The 66332A dynamic measurement DC source provides dynamic measurement and analysis of voltage and current waveforms. It is ideal for testing digital wireless communications products and components because it not only provides the power for testing, but also performs the peak current measurements required to characterize the pulsed current demands of these products.
- Output voltage: 0 to 20V, output current: 0 to 5A, peak current for up to 7ms: 5A
- Programming accuracy : voltage: 10mV, current: 2mA
- DC readback accuracy: voltage: 0.03% + 5mV, current (+20mA to + rated current): 0.2% + 0.5mA
- 650mV drop, less than 100 µs transient response time
- Offer DC sourcing, current sinking, fast transient response, GPIB, RS-232 & measurement capabilities
- Easy-to-use graphical user interface and analysis tools for bench top use
- 20 to 30 times improvement in test throughput over general purpose DC sources
- Dimension is 425.5mm W x 88.1mm H x 364.4mm D (16.8" x 3.5" x 14.3")
