Product Overview
C0603X180J5GACAUTO is an automotive grade, C0G dielectric, Flexible Termination System (FT-CAP) SMD MLCC capacitor. Typical applications include critical timing, tuning, circuits requiring low loss, circuits with pulse, high current, decoupling, bypass, filtering, transient voltage suppression and blocking, as well as energy storage in critical and safety relevant circuits without (integrated) current limitations, including those subject to high levels of board flexure or temperature cycling.
- 18pF capacitance and ±5% capacitance tolerance
- 0603 (1608 metric) capacitor case
- 50V DC voltage rating
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
- AEC-Q200 automotive qualified
- No piezoelectric noise, non-polar device (minimizing installation concerns)
- Extremely low ESR and ESL
- High thermal stability and high ripple current capability
- No capacitance change with respect to applied rated DC voltage
- 100% pure matte tin-plated termination finish allowing for excellent solderability
