TLE9879QXW40XUMA1 is a MOTIX™ Arm® Cortex®-M3 microcontroller with LIN and BLDC MOSFET driver for automotive applications. Potential applications are wiper, auxiliary pumps, fans, window lift, sunroof, tailgate.
- 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, 128KB flash, 6KB RAM
- On-chip OSC and PLL for clock generation, MOSFET driver including charge pump
- High-speed operational amplifier for motor current sensing via shunt
- Single power supply from 5.5V to 28V
- Temperature range (Tj) from -40°C to +175°C
- Qualified for automotive applications, product validation according to AEC-Q100/101
- 10 general-purpose I/O ports (GPIO), 5 analog inputs, 10bit A/D converter (ADC1)
- 2 synchronous serial channels (SSC), on-chip debug support via 2-wire SWD
- Programmable window watchdog (WDT1) with independent on-chip clock source
- VQFN-48-29 package
