Product Overview
The ISP752R is a 1-output Smart Power high-side vertical power FET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback and monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS® technology. It provides embedded protective functions, reverse battery protection with external resistor and open drain diagnostic output for over-temperature and short-circuit.
