Product Overview
IRSM005-800MHTR is a CIPOS™ Nano 40V, 0.005ohm half-bridge intelligent power module in QFN 7x8 package providing ultra compact, half-bridge topology solution through a rugged IC in the small QFN package for small home appliances, low power drives which are space-constrained. Typical applications include small home appliances, major home appliances, Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), motor control and drives, motor control for industrial automation.
- Based on low RDS(on) Trench FREDFETs
- Under-voltage lockout and 3.3V, 5V, 15V logic input compatible
- Propagation delay matched to defined spec
- Independent gate drive in phase with logic input
- Gate drive supply range from 10V to 20V
- Motor power rating up to 165W at 10KHz
- Suitable for space-constrained applications through ultra compact footprint
- Designed to enhance the system efficiency
- Easy implementation of 2- or 3-phase motor drives with half-bridge IPMs
