FS33MR12W1M1HB70BPSA1 is an EasyPACK™ module with CoolSiC™ Trench MOSFET and PressFIT / NTC. Potential applications include high-frequency switching applications, DC/DC converters, motor drives, and UPS systems.
- Qualified for industrial applications according to the relevant tests of IEC 60747, 60749 and 60068
- Low inductive design, low switching losses
- Rugged mounting due to integrated mounting clamps, PressFIT contact technology
- Integrated NTC temperature sensor, AlN substrate with low thermal resistance
- Drain-source leakage current is 0.015µA typ at VDS = 1200V, VGS = -3V, Tvj = 25°C
- Drain-source voltage is 1200V at Tvj = 25°C
- Continuous DC drain current is 25A at TH = 120°C, Tvj = 175°C, VGS = 18V
- Repetitive peak drain current is 50A (verified by design, tp limited by Tvjmax)
- Storage temperature range from -40 to 125°C
- Drain-source on-resistance is 32.3mohm typ at VGS = 18V, Tvj = 25°C, ID = 25A
