Product Information
Product Overview
61-535 is a 120V AC circuit breaker finder automatically identifies the circuit breakers/fuses protecting live branch circuits using its transmitter and receiver. When connected to an energized circuit, the transmitter sends a signal through the wires, not only detecting power but also indicating correct or incorrect wiring with green and red LEDs. It also features a convenient GFCI trip tester. The receiver picks up the transmitter’s signal, pinpointing the exact breaker or fuse with the strongest signal using a flashing green LED and a series of beeps. It also features a non-contact voltage (NCV) sensor in the tip that detects AC voltage from 60 to 600 V, alerting you with a red flashing LED and a beeping sound. For those working in noise-sensitive environments, the audible tones can be muted with a simple button press. Plus, the receiver comes with a built-in work light, perfect for those dimly lit areas. This tool is a must-have for easy circuit breaker identification.
- Quickly identifies circuit breakers/fuses without disrupting power on energized 120V AC circuits
- Clear visual and audible indicators (audible signal can be muted)
- NCVT in receiver tip indicates presence of AC voltage between 80-300V AC
- Flashlight in receiver operates independently of tester functions and used to illuminate work area
- Transmitter tests outlet wiring configurations (indicated via green/red LEDs) and tests GFCIs
- Receiver powers off automatically after five minutes of non-use to conserve battery life
- cULus certified (UL 1436, CSA C22.2 No. 160), CAT II 150V
