804-020-07ZNU6-23FA is a series 804 QDC push-pull Mighty Mouse panel mount receptacle connector with special "MOD-518" sealing for open face (unmated) water immersion requirements. The 804-005 watertight connector is specially sealed (“MOD-518”) and is 100% tested to meet 1x 10¯⁴ ccHe/second at 1 atmosphere. Suitable for helmet breakaway connector, QDC battery, missile applications and weapon interconnect, headsets, radios and other tactical applications.
- Jam-nut, rear panel mount shell style
- 3 contacts, solder socket contact type
- Aluminum alloy connector body and black chromate over zinc nickel connector body plating
- Copper alloy contact material and gold contact plating
- Quick-disconnect with canted spring coupling
- Very good EMI shielding, 37g's random vibration 300g's shock
- Mating cycles : 2000 cycle
- Breakaway connector for headsets and tactical equipment
- Gold-plated spring for long mating life and superior EMI shielding
