The 224507 is a 250PSI rugged Electro-optic Level Sensor with polysulfone housing and prism, TTL/CMOS switch, normally closed (non-reversible) switch operation and 22AWG TPE insulated 6-inch leads electrical termination. This ELS-950 series smallest electro-optic level sensor developed to monitor a broad range of media including OHV type fluids. This design features a TPE over-molded electronics insert, TPE insulated wires and fluorocarbon O-ring seals that create a watertight, environmentally resistant assembly. Ideally suited for use in harsh environments offering excellent temperature and pressure capabilities. The ELS-950 is excellent for industrial OEMs requiring a solid-state sensor for small space and high temperature environments. Suitable for coolant reservoir monitoring and warning, medical diagnostic, sterilizer, washers and dialysis equipment, low lubricant warning on machine tools, generator sets, on or off highway vehicles, leak detection for drip pans.

Warnings

Pipe sealant must not come in contact with prism surface. Do not install sensor close to infrared sources or incandescent light. Do not connect output (blue wire) to VDC power without a load.
