Product Overview
PMV28XPEAR is a P-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) in a small SOT23 (TO-236AB) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package using Trench MOSFET technology. Typical applications include relay driver, high-speed line driver, high-side load switch, and switching circuits.
- Low threshold voltage
- Very fast switching
- ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection > 1kV HBM (class H1C)
- AEC-Q101 qualified
- Drain-source voltage is -20V max at Tj = 25°C
- Gate-source voltage is 12V maximum
