MAX4690CPE+

The MAX4690CPE+ is a 1.25ohm, dual SPST, CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin DIP package. It has low on-resistance of 1.25ohm (max), on-resistance is matched between switch to 0.3ohm (max) and is flat (0.3ohm max) over the specified signal range. This analogue switch is ideal in low distortion applications and is preferred solution over mechanical relays in automatic test equipment or applications where current switching is required. It features low power requirements and is more reliable than mechanical relays. It is used in reed relay replacement, test equipment, sample and hold circuits, communication systems, PBX, PABX systems and data acquisition systems.

• Supply voltage range is 4.5V to 30V, ±4.5V to ±20V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Two NO (normally open) switches
• TTL/CMOS compatible control inputs
• ESD protection per method 3015.7 is <gt/> 2KV
• Maximum off-leakage current is 5nA at +85°C
• Rail to rail signal handling
