IH5143CPE+

The IH5143CPE+ is a low power CMOS analogue switch with fast switching in 16 pin DIP package. The IH5143 consists of six MOS analogue switches that are intended for high speed general purpose applications. It is a dual SPDT switch with latch-up proof, break before make switching. It includes toggle rates in excess of 1MHz, tON times of 80ns typical and tOFF times of 50ns. Typical applications include high speed test equipment, sample and hold circuits, guidance and control systems, radar systems, aircraft head up displays and military radios.

• Supply voltage range is ± 4.5V to ± 18V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Drain source on resistance of 75ohm
• Charge injection is 15pC
• Low OFF leakage current of100pA
• Quiescent current is 10µA
• TTL and CMOS compatible
