V82ZA12P is a ZA varistor series metal-oxide radial lead varistor. It is a transient voltage surge suppressor is radial leaded varistors (MOVs) designed for use in the protection of low and medium-voltage circuits and systems. Typical applications include motor control, telecom, solenoid, and power supply circuits to protect circuit board components and maintain data integrity.
- Wide operating voltage range VM(AC)RMS
- No derating up to 85°C ambient
- 4 to 460VAC voltage range, 5.5 to 615VDC voltage range
- 145V maximum clamping voltage, 4.5kA peak surge current at /20µS
- Copper clad steel wire lead material
- Cured, flame retardant epoxy polymer meets UL94V–0 requirements insulating material
- Humidity aging is +85°C, 85% RH,1000 hours +/-10% typical voltage change
- 15J peak energy (10/1000uS)
- Operating ambient temperature range from -55 to +85°C
