Q6015L6TP

Q6015L6TP is a Qxx15xx series bi-directional solid state switch. It is designed for AC switching and phase control applications such as motor speed, temperature modulation controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays. It is excellent for AC switching and phase control applications such as heating, lighting, and motor speed controls. This triac (no snubber required) is used in applications with extremely inductive loads requiring the highest commutation performance. Typical applications are AC solid-state switches, light dimmers, power tools, lawn care equipment, home/brown goods and white goods appliances.

• Requires only a small gate activation pulse in each half-cycle
