ADL8109ACPZN

ADL8109ACPZN is a 1GHz to 20GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) with 36.5dBm RF input power survivability. The ADL8109 has a gain of 15dB, an output power for 1dB compression (OP1dB) of 16dBm, a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 28dBm, and a noise figure of 3dB from 8GHz to 18GHz. This LNA operates on a 5V supply voltage (VDD) and has a nominal quiescent current (IDQ) of 110mA. The ADL8109 also features RF input and output that are internally matched to 50 ohm. Typical applications include telecommunications, satellite communications, military radar, civil radar, electronic warfare and test and measurement equipment.
