ADG221KRZ

ADG221KRZ is a LC²MOS quad SPST switch. It is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable switches. On-chip latches facilitate microprocessor interfacing. It is designed on an enhanced LC²MOS process which gives an increased signal handling capability of ±15V. This switch also features high switching speed and low RON. It consists of four SPST switches. The device exhibits a break before making a switching action. Inherent in the design is low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.

• 20pC typical charge injection (25°C, RS= 0 ohm, CL=1000pF, VS=0V)
• 16-lead narrow body SOIC package, temperature range from -40 to 85°C
