AD8067ARTZ-REEL7 Fast FET amp is a voltage feedback amplifier with FET inputs offering wide bandwidth and high slew rate. The AD8067 is fabricated in a proprietary, dielectrically isolated eXtra Fast Complementary Bipolar process (XFCB) that enables high speed, low power, and high performance FET input amplifiers. Typical application includes photodiode preamplifiers, precision high gain amplifiers and high gain, high bandwidth composite amplifiers.

• FET input amplifier: 0.6pA input bias current
• Stable for gains ≥ 8
• High speed: 54MHz -3dB bandwidth (G = +10) and 640V/µs slew rate
• Low noise : 6.6nV/√Hz and 0.6fA/√Hz and low offset voltage (1mV max)
• Wide supply voltage range from 5V to 24V
• No phase reversal and low input capacitance
• Single -supply and rail- to-rail output
• Excellent distortion specs: SFDR 95dBc at 1MHz and low power of 6.5mA typical supply current
• High common mode rejection ratio is -106dB
• 5 lead SOT-23 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
