The 3221-40007 from Amphenol SV Microwave is a SMPM female connector for 0.047inch cable. The SMPM connector was developed to improve on the application density and operating frequency range of the SMP connector. The SMPM connector is widely used in high density, high performance applications today. The product has VSWR of 1.10:1 to 26.5GHz typical/1.30:1 to 50GHz typical and shielding effectiveness of ≥ -80dB. It has mating cycles of 500 (smooth bore), 100 (full detent) and force to engage/disengage is 2.5/1.5lbs (limited bore) and 4.5/6.5lbs (full detent). This is corrosion, vibration, shock and thermal shock resistant. Applications include aerospace, military, broadband, instrumentation, routers, telecommunications, high speed applications (10 to 40Gbit), cable assembly, PCB and surface mount connections applications.
