Product Overview
The High-speed series SMD Ceramic Multilayer Varistor is a family of transient voltage suppressors. It has nickel barrier terminations suitable for lead-free soldering.
- Very low capacitance values 0.6 up to 10pF
- ESD protection to IEC 61000-4-2, level 4
- Bidirectional ESD protection in one component
- No change in ESD protection performance at temperatures up to 85°C (temperature derating)
- Low parasitic inductance
- Low leakage current
- Fast response time <lt/>0.5ns
