DI317H is a positive adjustable voltage regulator. Typical applications include high efficiency linear regulators, post regulators for switch mode DC-DC converters, battery backed-up regulated supply.
- High input voltage, low voltage drop
- 40V input voltage, 1.250V to 37V output voltage
- 1.25V typical reference voltage (VIN – VOUT = 3.0V to 40V, IOUT = 10mA to 1.5A)
- 10mA max minimum output current (VIN – VOUT ≤ 40V)
- 1.5A maximum output current (VIN – VOUT ≤ 15V)
- 0.04 %/Vmax line regulation (VIN = 3.0V to 40V, Tj = 25°C)
- 25mV max load regulation (IOUT = 10mA to 1.5Α, VOUT ≤ 5.0V, Tj = 25°C)
- 0.003 % typical RMS output noise (% of VOUT) at f = 10Hz to 100KHz, Tj = 25°C
- 80dB typical ripple rejection at f = 120Hz, CADJ = 10µF
- Junction temperature range from -40 to +125°C, package is SOT-223-4
