The DFLU1400-7 is a surface-mount Super-fast Rectifier with moulded plastic case and solderable matte tin annealed over copper lead frame terminals as per MIL-STD-202 standard.

- Glass-passivated die construction
- Super-fast recovery time for high efficiency
- Low forward voltage drop and high current capability
- Patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity
- Halogen and antimony-free - Green device
- Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability
