9853-05-20 is a 9853 series COTO CLASSIC™ surface mount reed relay. It is ideally suited to the needs of automated test equipment, instrumentation and telecommunications requirements, Coto’s new 9853 provides the same electrical performance and PCB layout as the popular 9852 J-lead. Application includes automated test equipment (ATE), instrumentation, telecommunications.

• High reliability, hermetically sealed contact for long life
• Coaxial shield for 50 ohm impedance, 50V switching voltage
• External magnetic shield, gold plated terminals
• 5VDC nominal coil voltage, 110 ohm coil resistance (+/- 10%, 25°C)
• 3.8VDC maximum operate voltage (must operate by), 0.4VDC minimum release voltage (must operate by)
• 50V switching voltage (Max DC/Peak AC Resist.), 0.1A switching current (Max DC/Peak AC Resist)
• 10⁹ohm min insulation resistance (between all isolated pins at 100V,25°C, 40%RH)
• 1.0pF typical capacitance (across open contacts, shield guarding)
• 1.0msec. typical operate time including bounce (at nominal coil voltage, 30Hz, square wave)
• 3W contact rating (Max DC/Peak AC Resist.), 1.0msec typical release time
