Product Overview
The N2836A from Keysight Technologies is a InfiniiMax III 26GHz solder-in probe head. This economical semi-permanent solder-in connection provides up to 26GHz bandwidth when used in conjunction with the N2803A probe amplifier. The N2836A is compatible with InfiniiMax III probe amp. The 130 ohm axial resistors at the tip of the N2836A ZIF tip can be replaced when they are worn out or damaged.
- 26GHz bandwidth (with InfiniiMax III N2803A amp)
- Cdiff = 108fF, Cse = 140fF
- 100Kohm input Rdiff (at DC), 1Kohm input Rdiff (at <gt/>10KHz)
- 6:1 attenuation ratio, normal sensitivity
- Variable spacing from 5mil to 250mil (or 0.127mm to 6.35mm)
- Replacement axial resistor kit for the N2836A is N2836-68701
