FDMM256MSE-N100 is a FxPrem I series SLC, industrial microSD 2.0 flash memory. It has good reliability and wide compatibility. It can alternate communication protocol between SD mode and SPI mode. It’s well adapted for hand-held applications in industrial/medical markets already.
- 256MB capacity, SLC flash
- Support SD system specification version 2.0, support SD SPI mode
- Card removal during read operation will never harm the content
- Support adaptive wear levelling
- Sudden power loss management, SMART function, bus speed mode
- 40mA read, 36mA write, 150uA standby
- Supply voltage range from 2.7 to 3.6V
- Power up time is 250ms max (from 0V to VDD min)
- Input leakage current range from -2 to 2uA (DAT3 pull-up is disconnected)
- Operation temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
