The MBR3045CT is a Schottky Diode with moulded plastic case and lead-free solderable pure tin-plated terminals as per MIL-STD-750 standard. It can be mountable to any position. It is suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
