The HCPL-181-06BE is a 1-channel 4-pin SMD mini-flat type Phototransistor Optocoupler contains a light emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor. The small dimension of this product allows significant space saving. Input-output isolation voltage is 3750Vrms. It is suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
