Product Overview
MAX6509HAUK+T is a fully integrated, resistor-programmable temperature switch with thresholds set by an external resistor. It provides an open-drain output. This switch operates with a +2.7V to +5.5V single supply while providing a temperature threshold accuracy of ±0.5°C (typ) or ±4.7°C (max). This device typically consumes 32µA supply current. Applications include µP temperature monitoring in high-speed computers, temperature control, temperature alarms, and fan control.
- Temperature threshold set by a 1% external resistor
- Open-drain, push-pull outputs; open-drain with Internal pull-up resistor
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, supply current is 32µA typ at (VCC = +2.7V to +5.5V)
- Temperature threshold hysteresis is 2°C typical at (HYST = GND, VCC = +2.7V to +5.5V)
- HYST input leakage is 1µA typical at (VCC = +2.7V to +5.5V)
- Open-drain output leakage current is 1µA maximum at (VCC = +2.7V to +5.5V)
