Product Overview

The MAX6343TUT+T is a microprocessor (μP) reset circuit with power fail comparator in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit monitors power supplies in digital systems. This device significantly improves system reliability and accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components. It provides factory-trimmed VCC reset threshold voltage. A +1.25V threshold detector allows for power-fail warning, low-battery detection or monitoring another power supply.

Supply voltage range is 1.2V to 5.5V
Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
Reset threshold is 3.08V
Active-low open-drain reset output
Reset pulse width is 100ms
Debounced CMOS compatible manual reset input
Voltage monitor for power-fail or low-battery warning
Reset (complementary) valid to VCC = +1V
