Product Overview
The MAX6321HPUK46CY+T is an automotive grade microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit with watchdog and manual reset in 5 pin SOT23 package. This μP monitors power supplies and microprocessor activity in digital systems. It offers several combinations of push/pull, open-drain and bidirectional (such as Motorola 68HC11) reset outputs, along with watchdog and manual reset features. It is ideally used at portable computers, controllers, computers, intelligent instruments, portable/battery-powered equipment and embedded control systems.
- Supply voltage range is 1V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- Reset output stages active high push/pull and active low open-drain
- Watchdog input, integrated features increase robustness
- Guaranteed reset valid to VCC = 1V, immune to short-negative VCC transients
