Product Overview
The MAX4947ETG+ is a triple double-pole/double-throw (DPDT) data switch in 24 pin TQFN package. It has three logic inputs to control the switches in pairs. The DPDT switch features a low 30pF (typ) capacitance for high speed data switching applications such as USB signal switching, UART signal switching, SDIO/memory stick, cell phones and PDAs.
- Supply voltage range is 1.8V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Multiplex SDIO or memory stick interfaces
- Ideal for high speed switching applications, low on-resistance of 4ohm (typ) & 5.5ohm (max)
- Rail to rail signal handling
