MAX4780ETE+

The MAX4780ETE+ is a low voltage quad 2:1 analogue multiplexer in 16 pin TQFN package. This device has fast switching speeds, handle rail to rail analogue signals and consume less than 1µW of quiescent power. It is used in power routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, PCMCIA cards, modems and hard drives.

• Supply voltage range is 1.6V to 4.2V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Maximum on-resistance is 3ohm at TA = +25°C (single +1.8V supply)
• Maximum turn-on time is 30ns and maximum turn-off time is 15ns at TA=+25°C (single +1.8V supply)
• Break before make is 10ns at TA = +25°C (single +1.8V supply)
• Maximum charge injection is 5pC at TA = +25°C (single +1.8V supply)
• 1.8V CMOS logic compatible
• RON is 0.7ohm & RON flatness is 0.1ohm at TA = +25°C ( single 3V supply)
• RON match between channels is 0.1ohm at TA = +25°C ( single 3V supply)
