MAX4648EUT+T

MAX4648EUT+T is a dual-supply single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switch. This switch can handle rail-to-rail analogue signals. It conducts analogue or digital signals equally well in either direction. The primary application areas are in the switching and routing of signals in telecommunications and test equipment. It has one normally open (NO) switch. Applications include PBX, PABX systems, communication systems, DSL, test equipment, avionics, audio systems, redundant systems, relay replacement, PC multimedia boards.

• On-resistance flatness is 0.8ohm typ at +25°C, ICOM=10mA; VNO or VNC=+5V, 0, -5V, dual ±15V supplies
• Turn-on time is 68ns typ at +25°C, VNO or VNC=±10V; RL=300 ohm, CL=35pF, dual ±15V supplies
• Turn-off time is 62ns typ at +25°C, VNO or VNC=±10V; RL=300 ohm, CL=35pF, dual ±15V supplies
• Charge injection is 4pC typ at +25°C, COM=0; RS=0; CL=1nF, dual ±15V supplies
• Off-isolation is -92dB typ at +25°C, CL=5pF; RL=50 ohm; f=1MHz, VCOM=1VRMS, dual ±15V supplies
• 0.006% total harmonic distortion typ (+25°C, RL=600 ohm, 5Vp-p, f=20Hz to 20kHz, dual ±15V supplies)
