Product Overview
The MAX382CWN+ is a low voltage, 8-channel multiplexer with latchable inputs in 18 pin WSOIC package. This mux offer low on-resistance of 100 ohm (max) matched to within 4ohm max between channels. Additional features include off leakage less than 2.5nA at +85°C and guaranteed low charge injection of 10pC (max). ESD protection is greater than 2000V per Method 3015.7. It is used in battery-operated systems, low voltage data acquisition systems, sample and hold circuits and automatic test equipment.
- Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 16.5V, ± 3V to ± 8V
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Pin-compatible with industry standard DG428/DG429, DG528/DG529 & MAX368/MAX369
