MAX201EWE+

The MAX201EWE+ is a +5V, RS232 transceiver with two 0.1μF external capacitors in 16 pin WSOIC package. It is a RS232 and V.28 transceiver. The driver maintains the ±5V EIA/TIA-232E output signal levels at data rates in excess of 120Kbps when loaded in accordance with the EIA/TIA-232E specification. The MAX201 includes only V+ to Vcharge pump and it is intended for applications that have VCC = +5V supply and V+ supply in +9V to +13.2V range.
