Product Overview
LT® 6000 is a single precision rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier. Designed to maximize battery life in always-on applications. Typical applications include gas sensing, portable instrumentation, battery- or solar-powered systems, low voltage signal processing and micropower active filters.
- Fully specified on 1.8V and 5V supplies
- Rail-to-rail input and output
- Gain-bandwidth product: 50KHz typ at Freq = 1KHz
- Slew rate:15V/ms typ at V = –1, VOUT = 0.25V to 1.5V
- Low supply current per amplifier :16µA max at TA = 25°C
- 5µV/°C max input offset voltage drift at VCM = 0.5V, 1nA max input offset current at VCM = 0.5V
- 75nV/√Hz typ input noise voltage density and 25fA/√Hz typ input noise current density at f = 1KHz
- 96dB typ CMRR at VCM = 0V to 0.6V and 100dB typ PSRR at VS = 1.8V to 16V
- 6 lead DFN package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
